You don't even need any high tech equipment, just a mobile phone and a drawing app is enough. Even notepad is fine actually (better to use normal drawing app. I recommend ibis paint
You can choose whether to start from the fundamental (for complete beginners), OR start straight away with digital illustration (for amateur OR beginners that are lazy to learn the fundamental
