About Linzey
I am a health enthusiast, passionate martial artist with over five years of teaching experience, and a regular, down-to-earth college student! Tai Chi has been a big part of my life for nearly two years, and has helped me cope with my anxiety, depression and COPD. From my own account as well as testimonies from previous clients, this is no ordinary exercise program! You may never have thought that one would make you sweat in your seat, but this one will! Weights may be required depending your personal health goal(s).

I teach by demonstration and verbal instruction, so you and I will both be worling out at the same time! Each of the 120 moves and move sets are inspired by traditional QiGong arm and leg blocks, strikes, and imitations of animal postures. Some will include weights depending on which part od the body we work on.
