About Heather

Hey, I'm Heather.
Really appreciate you stopping by.

I'm a busy mum, doing all the things that life life's us.

And this is why I get it....I get you and your situation.

For most of my adult life, I had a difficult relationship with food — swinging between binge eating and complete starvation. I tried every gimmick and every fad going, including living on 1,200 calories a day or less. All that ever did was make me ill and damage my relationship with food even further.
I didn't understand movement or nutrition. My "breakfast of champions" used to be 2 Rowies & Marge (lard, salt for all intents and purposes) and a litre of energy drink.
Something had to change before I made myself seriously ill — so I started walking. Then I started swimming. To this day, I still don't feel at home on a gym floor, which is why I coach non-gym-based by default (though gym-based coaching is available too, for anyone who prefers it).
If I could change myself, I knew I could help others do the same. Since then, I've helped hundreds of women around the world through my online coaching.

I brought all of it together to build a signature programme that's genuinely unique — because I know exactly what it's like to want to change and not know where to start, especially with so much noise out there.

About the lesson

Weight Loss can be a daunting journey to begin, whether it's judgement from others or judgement by our own hardest critic. Maybe you are someone who has tried every diet under the sun and while some might have worked... all the weight just piled back on leaving you feeling even worse than you did before.

This is why over the years I have developed my signature programme.
It's a true story there is no "one size fits all" approach. What might have worked for Jenny down the road, probably won't work for you because we are all beautifully unique.

I don't believe in diets - they don't work. Nor do I believe in cutting out all the things that make life worth living.
Nor should it be about spending hours in the gym.

The way I can help you is by a progressive approach. First uncovering current habits to then put together a journey roadmap specific to you using simple effective techniques you can apply no matter how busy life is.

You would get access to cutting edge software to keep you accountable with weekly check-ins with me to celebrate the wins and the roadblocks which make sure you keep moving in the right direction.
