About Sean
My name is Sean. I'm in my mid-20s and it was only a handful of years ago that I decided I wanted the best for myself and the people around me. It is through a lot of sacrifice and dedication that I've turned my life around to what it is today. I've filled my life with people and hobbies that help me every day to get further and further ahead in life. As well as this, I also already help people as a profession. I've been a Support Worker for half a decade and have been blessed with the opportunity to help a wide variety of people from all walks of life, all of them with their own troubles and states of mind. Facilitating people to enjoy their lives and accomplishments is my passion in this life. Through these teachings, I can work with you closely to help achieve your goals. Whether you're having trouble with your social/work life, weight gain, confidence, or life management. I'll be there for you any way I can.

Hell, I'm Sean. In a world full of "Bio-hacking, productivity scaling,90 minutes morning routines" I'm here to take a more relaxing, gradual approach to self-improvement. All of those other practices I mentioned can be great. However, there is a time and a place for the heavy-hitting techniques. Improving yourself, becoming the best person you can be, both mentally and physically while also having the most fun in any situation is what I focus on as a whole. Life should be full of whimsy. What's the point in being on top of your game but miserable at the same time? The techniques and practices I use help remind you that Self Improvement should be a fantastic, life-changing journey.
