About Chrishelly

I am a Supervised Clinical Hypnotherapist based in Malaysia, practicing under the alias Shelly. My approach is grounded in clinical practice but delivered with a minimalist, organic focus. I believe that mental well-being shouldn't be complicated—it should be a natural extension of your daily life.

I currently offer online-only sessions, allowing you to find comfort and relaxation from your own space.

About the lesson

In our sessions, we focus on calming the nervous system and decluttering the mind. I specialise in helping individuals manage their mental load through:

Guided Hypnosis: To access deeper states of relaxation and reframe limiting beliefs.

Mental Relaxation Coaching: Practical techniques to lower cortisol and find stillness in a busy world.

Thought Dumping & Journaling: Structured methods to offload mental stress.

Each session is tailored to your specific needs. Whether you are dealing with burnout, anxiety, or simply need a space to reset, we work together to build a sustainable sense of calm.
