About David
I have been teaching and coaching students at all levels for over 7 years. Often these students have received my support across the term of their degree programmes. My students have successfully gained their qualifications. Two of my students have received such praise for high level assignments that their universities asked for the work to be shared with other students as examples of first class work. I have worked in mental health and psychotherapy for the past 6 years. This means that I am very thoughtful about how to best support to my students. As a Counselling Psychologist in training, I have accrued 788 clinically supervised hours. Often courses consider 100 hours to be enough to practise. My experience has involved multiple perspectives on therapy, research and psychology. I recently taught a four day child psychotherapy course to trainee counsellors. This was well received and I received glowing feedback from my students.

I generally build on the student's current abilities while moving towards their goals. I will encourage and support my students' ongoing development. I welcome feedback because I believe one style does not fit all.
