About Stuuti

Stuuti has been on a journey of self exploration for a few years now.. she has worked in MNC’s like Foster’s, ESPN, PVR, BACARDI amongst others to fully understand the stresses that come with today’s modern day life..

She chose to move to a path of healing, self discovery and committed her self to teach yoga and meditation and she has been actively involved for 3 years now..

About the lesson

Every session is need based - it can be a 20 min session to an hour long…
Sessions will incorporate Breathwork, light Asanas to open up any congestions in the physical/ energy body followed by the Meditation itself..

The sessions can be Wonderful stress busters to kickstart your day or be relaxing enough to ease you for a Good night’s sleep….
