At school, I found studying for exams challenging, I'm not much of a fan of learning from books! I found the best way for me to learn was to try a range of practice questions and go through them with my teacher afterwards. This was particularly true for maths and using this method, I was able to achieve 100% in both GCSE maths papers which I took a year early.
I have been tutoring GCSE maths and science for 3 years as part of a program run by my school and was pleased to see my students achieve higher grades even after a few sessions together. In a cohort of 6 students I tutored last year, all of them achieved A* or A grades.
Jack is a great tutor. He is a year older than me and really helped with my Biology A Level. He was clear and engaging as well as making the sessions interesting and relevant to the real world. Can't recommend him highly enough!
