As an adult educator, my key role is to empower my students, as active learners in a positively enriched and stimulating learning environment. Within this environment, I intend to incorporate discussions and collaborative learning from shared perspectives and experiences. These practical applications will in return exercise learning strategies and enhance confidence and self-esteem in the adult learner.
