Details

All classes are individual and online. The price depends on the student's level and is applied according to the following table:

MYP 1-3 - €21/hour
MYP 4-5 - €24/hour
Pre-IB - €28/hour

Class Options: Standard Class — 60 minutes
Designed primarily for MYP students.

Extended Class — 75 minutes
Especially recommended for advanced MYP and Pre-IB students, when more time is needed to explain the material and practice.

Intensive Class — 120 minutes
Designed for exam preparation, reviewing material, or sessions requiring more intensive work. Must be booked at least 48 hours in advance and is subject to availability.
Intensive classes have a €5 supplement on top of the price for two regular hours. With a 10-hour package, an intensive class can be taken using 2 hours of the package and adding the €5 supplement. This option can be used once per package.
Students with a monthly subscription can also request intensive classes. In this case, the €5 supplement does not apply: you only pay for the additional hour.

First class free
The first session is free and lasts 30 minutes.
It's an initial session to assess the student's level, goals, the subjects they need to work on, and their main difficulties.
The content and approach of subsequent classes are then adapted based on this initial session.
The first free session can only be taken once per student.

Payment
Payment must be made at least 48 hours before the class.
Payments are made preferably via Bizum but other payment methods are accepted.

The class is confirmed once payment is completed.
If the payment is not completed on time, the class will not take place.

Packages
Packages are available in 5-hour and 10-hour options and are designed for students who want to work continuously, offering greater flexibility than a fixed weekly schedule.

The discount applied is:
- 5-hour package: €5 discount on the price of individual hours.
- 10-hour package: €10 discount on the price of individual hours.

The student requests each class in the package whenever they wish to use it, and at that time, the date and time are agreed upon according to the availability of both parties.
It is not necessary to set a fixed day each week.

Packages have a maximum validity of:
- 5 hours → 10 weeks
- 10 hours → 20 weeks

The validity period continues even if the student does not book classes.
If the student needs a break, they must request it in advance; a break of up to 30 accumulated days is allowed.

Packages are personal and non-transferable.
If the student decides to cancel the package, any unused hours will be forfeited.

Monthly Option:
The monthly option is designed for students who wish to maintain consistent attendance throughout the course and includes one class per week.
Payment for the month is due before the first day of the month. If the schedule allows for a fifth class during the month, it will be added, with the corresponding pro-rata payment.

At the beginning of the monthly option, a reference date and time for the weekly class will be agreed upon. Subsequently, the student and teacher check their availability and can agree on a specific schedule each week, thus maintaining continuity without needing to set a fixed day.

If the student does not use one of the classes scheduled for a month, it can be rescheduled, always subject to availability.

If the student decides to cancel the monthly plan during the current month, the remaining classes for that month are non-refundable but can be used before the end of the month.

Holidays and breaks in the monthly plan are agreed upon between the student and the teacher.
If I have to temporarily suspend classes, the affected sessions are rescheduled or, if it is not possible to reschedule them, 100% of the fee is refunded.

Support outside of class:
Students with an active package or a monthly plan can ask questions related to the subjects via email between classes.
There is no limit to the number of questions.
Support is intended to answer specific questions and help with the material covered, but it does not replace a full class. Issues that require extensive explanation, several exercises, or detailed development will be addressed during the next session. The usual response to emails will be within 24 hours.

Cancellations and Schedule Changes
To cancel or change a class, you must notify me as far in advance as possible.

- More than 48 hours in advance: the class can be canceled or rescheduled without penalty.
- Between 24 and 48 hours in advance: we will try to reschedule the class within the next 7 days, always subject to availability.
If it is not possible to find a time within that period, the student will retain 25% of the session value as credit.
- Less than 24 hours in advance: the class is forfeited, unless an exception applies.

To avoid unfair situations, one exception is allowed for individual classes and one exception per month for recurring students, under justified exceptional circumstances.
The same cancellation policy applies to intensive classes.

Punctuality
The class begins at the agreed time and ends at the scheduled time.

- Student lateness of less than 10 minutes: the class continues as normal until the scheduled end time. The lost time will not be added at the end of the lesson.
- Student delay exceeding 10 minutes: the session may be considered canceled and counted as a class within the package or monthly period.

If the delay is due to the teacher, the lost time will be added at the end of the session.

If I need to cancel a class:
If for any reason I cannot teach a class, the student does not lose that session. We will try to find another time to make it up.
If it is not possible to reschedule, the corresponding amount will be refunded or the equivalent adjustment will be applied to the package or monthly fee.

Materials and exercises:
During classes, we will use a digital whiteboard and exercises adapted to the student's level, content, and objectives. The selection of exercises will be adjusted to the needs of each session.

Availability:
All classes, packages, and monthly options are subject to schedule availability.
Purchasing a package or monthly option ensures continuity of classes, but specific dates and times must be agreed upon according to the availability of both parties.
