About Angela

I have been meditating consistently for 6 years and it has improved my life immensely. I have practiced yoga since I was a child as well. I am a teacher as my full time job and I am happy to share with you what I have learned through my practice.

About the lesson

I start by asking what your goal is for learning to meditate. I then speak with you about which kind of meditation you prefer doing so we can build upon that. I have benefitted a lot from my meditation practice.
