About Mina
I'm Mina, I'm from Istanbul, Turkey. If you ask me how you would define yourself, I would tell you that I am a media designer who loves to eat and taste wine. Then let's move on to the final part.
I finished high school in Istanbul and learned both English and Italian grammars. Therefore I have the English certificate c1 (and also the Italian certificate)
I am a designer who loves to eat and taste wine.
I've always had a passion for cinema and since there are so many film festivals in Italy, I decided to study cinema in Milan. When I moved, I had roommates from all over the world, with whom I spoke in English. Then at the end of my bachelor's degree I shot some short films. When I finished my bachelor's I attended a masters in Food Design & Innovation, which opened up a world for me. There, in the classroom I had many international friends, they came from Mexico, from China, from Tailand etc. We always worked in groups and did workshops for big brands. At the end of the master I had a good knowledge of the English language both to express complex ideas and to talk to professionals.
I attended yet another master from IULM. It was a master on Italian food and Italian wines. (But this master was in Italian)
Have you seen ?! I always spoke in English :)
Another thing about me in my future I would like to open my marketing agency and do import / export in the wine and food sector.

Hi, I'm a food & wine student at IULM. I have an Ielts certificate in English. Lets talk English!
First of all, I have a friendly nature and I like to talk about a little bit of everything. Lessons with me will be fun. In addition, I will teach you how to give a speech for everyday moments, such as how to check in at a hotel, how to ask the receptionist questions or how to order a coffee in a coffee shop when you are abroad. Or rather, how to order at a restaurant.
Regarding the first lesson I will listen to your goals and what you would like to improve / learn, And from there we decide a path together. We will improve your English with speeches and dialogues and through these you will learn idioms and phrasal verbs.
My goal is that you can speak English very fluently.
I know that some verbal pronunciations and conjugations can be tricky, but don't worry because in our lessons I will help you to use them correctly. We will practice aloud and they will be dialogues between you and me, so you will have skills for both listening and speaking.
Since I like to talk about everything, we can also read together, we can read articles / books / magazines about anything. And then we can talk about it together (topics are your choice)
