About Ava
Public speaking and debate are great passions of mine. I know that public speaking is a big challenge for some people and I'm willing to help them overcome it! I am willing to help students develop and practice presenting speeches for classes, practice debating or debate skills, or anything else you think you need help with in public speaking or debate! I am a confident and flexible teacher. Need to change days? Sure! Miss a lesson? All good! I'm here to help you!

Hi! My name is Ava and I am a year 10 student in Blenheim, Marlborough.
I have experience in debate and public speaking. I have won multiple speech competitions, gone to World Scholar's Cup Regional and Global rounds in 2025, and participated in Model United Nations.
I teach debate to Bohally Intermediate's debate club and I am looking to branch out.
I am a flexible teacher and I am willing to help or change my lesson plans to better assist students.
My lessons are for year 6-8 students in New Zealand and my minimum lesson time is 60 minutes.
