About Maleesha
Hello, I’m Maleesha, a competitive rugby player from Sri Lanka currently studying Bachelor of Sports Exercise and Science at Curtin University. I also worked as a strength and conditioning coach in Sri Lanka under 19 schools cricket A sides and personal training sessions for all ages. Now I'm currently working at cricketers club as a strength and conditioning coach.

I coach clients of all ages using a structured and professional approach focused on safety, technique, and progress. Each session lasts between one and one and a half hours, starting with a purposeful warm-up to prepare the body for training. I clearly explain and demonstrate every exercise, provide continuous feedback, and closely monitor technique to ensure proper form and prevent injury. And also doing speed and agility training for everyone at the grounds and Every client undergoes strength, flexibility, and endurance assessments to create a personalized program tailored to their goals. I also emphasize proper breathing, muscle balance, and core activation. Each session ends with a guided one-on-one cool-down including stretching and relaxation to support recovery and flexibility.
