About Lydia
I am a passionate eater and cook! When I was little I started baking just because I wanted to eat some cake (some things never change haha). I always had a very balanced diet and grew up doing sports.
When I started having health issues 8 years ago I was forced to change my diet drastically: paleo, no gluten, no grains, no dairy, no sugar, no coffee, no alcohol.
I changed my lifestyle and adapted over the years and I believe that eating plant based and unprocessed food is the key to success (while having fun and not restriction yourself).

My approach is to have a look at your eating habits, at your bodies needs, how much and often you move and what you like to eat. From then I’ll help you do groceries, reorganize your kitchen, cook fun recipes and develop a healthy relationship with food.
