I am an engineer who started learning meditation to improve my emotional intelligence and after 4 years of practice started teaching to other people to spread the happiness. It's been 5 years and still many more to go

About the lesson

I do not prefer a teaching method. Meditation is not a subject to learn but rather a habit to appreciate yourself. I will decide the lessons based on what is comfortable for you. All you need to do is make time for yourself.
