I am currently studying for a degree in sports coaching BSc, I have played a wide range of sports throughout my life. Currently I play rugby for Thurrock T-birds, a championship side in Essex and I love to workout and keep fit!

I like to take a holistic approach to my sessions, making them inclusive and most importantly FUN! Sport is not only great for your physical health but it amazing for your mind, concentration, mood and social life! When I teach I want to make sure everyone leaves the lesson feeling they have achieved something.
