About Nicolas
I am a student in the last year (3rd) of a bachelor's degree in Sports Coaching at Parnasse ISEI (Haute Ecole Léonard de Vinci).
I have 4 practical internships (more than 300 hours) in my baggage through various large and small structures across Brussels.
I have a lot of strong knowledge in the fields of: wellbeing, hypertrophy, fitness, circuit training, strength training, Hiit, powerlifting, streetlifting, stability work, balance work, and in mobility work.
It is with great pleasure that I will help you achieve your goals so you can surpass yourself.

You can cancel your appointment until the day before the reservation at maximum 9 p.m., past this time any cancelation will be fully charged on the reservation made.
