About Tayla
I have a huge passion for helping people in the health and wellness space and have loved working in group and private class settings. I have a University degree in Sport Science, 100hr Children's Yoga Teacher Training, 200hr Yoga teacher Training, Beginner and Intermediate Pilates as well as Pilates Accessory and Pre & Post-Natal Pilates qualifications. I love to continuously learn and I also love learning from my clients. I am an empathetic but motivational teacher that strives to get you to where you want to be!

Bind Movement Classes are about binding Pilates, yoga and functional strength training together. It's all about the fusion and connecting body and mind while doing each class. I am an English speaking instructor and believe in creating classes that are specific to your needs. Don't be fooled though, I can give a strong class!
