About Parvathy
For the past 16 years, I have been a dedicated spiritual practitioner, immersing myself in diverse healing techniques, simple and advanced meditations, and profound spiritual concepts under the guidance of various esteemed teachers. Throughout this journey, I have explored a wide spectrum of teachings, including Reiki, Bliss, Karma Philosophy, Chakra Healings and many others, and I have completed multiple levels of certification in Pranic Healing. Alongside these practices, I have deeply explored the beautiful, undeniable connection between ancient spirituality and modern science.
I do not just teach these practices, I have lived them. Following personal family tragedies for years I went through a life with heavy depths of severe depression, anxiety, and panic attacks. These panic attacks disrupted my daily life and anxiety stripped away my peace. Though I was prescribed antidepressants, I never took a single medication for my mental health. It was the profound power of spirituality, universal energy, and deep inner work that pulled me through and completely transformed my reality. I emerged as an entirely new person.
Today, my life is defined by a great sense of calmness, lasting peace, and deep gratitude. I am genuinely content and joyful in my daily life.
Having walked the path from deep suffering to true healing, my life's mission is now to help others do the same. By harnessing the power of the universe and energetic alignment, I am here to hold space for your transformation and guide you out of overwhelm into a life of peace, bliss, and clarity.

The Foundation of Breath: The breath dictates the flow of your life. Due to modern stress and hectic routines, most people have unconsciously forgotten how to breathe correctly, keeping their bodies in a state of tension. Once we regulate your breathing, your entire daily experience will become instantly lighter and more peaceful.
Universal Meditation: Meditation is a powerful, universal practice that cleanses the mind and purifies your energy. It is the key to connecting with your higher self and the divine, gently elevating the quality of your life with each passing day.
The Power of Forgiveness: Holding onto the past creates friction in the present. I will teach you the active practice of forgiveness, which fundamentally shifts the rhythm of your life. It dissolves daily problems and replaces heavy emotional burdens with profound inner peace.
Mastering Karma: Through dedicated lessons, you will uncover exactly how karma shapes your reality. We will explore practical ways to consciously clear negative karmic debts and intentionally create positive karma moving forward.
