About Didem
I am a dedicated English teacher with a strong background in special education and science. Having graduated with high honors and gained years of classroom experience, I bring a well-rounded approach to teaching. I love making lessons interactive and engaging by using tools like Canva, Kahoot, Padlet, Nearpod, and Wordwall. I don’t just focus on reading and writing — I put a big emphasis on speaking and communication, using role-plays, body language practice, and real-life scenarios to help my students gain confidence. My training spans STEM, public speaking, and entrepreneurship, and I’ve had the chance to participate in international Erasmus+ projects that shaped my global teaching perspective. I’m committed to continuous growth and always strive to give every student the support they need to succeed in English and beyond.

As a private tutor, I design every lesson to match each student’s unique needs and learning style. To keep things engaging, I use Canva for visualisation, and platforms like Kahoot and Quizizz for interactive quizzes and games. In special education, I bring in creative tools that boost motivation, turning learning into a meaningful and enjoyable journey. My goal is not just to improve academic skills, but also to help every student express themselves clearly and confidently in speech.
