Being bilingual and having taken language classes previously I know of the difficulties associated with learning a new language. As such, I was hesitant, to say the least when I first approached Mar about learning Spanish.

However, after meeting with Mar and taking a few lessons, I knew that her approach was very different to the tutors I previously had.

Mar had a very easy going, and fun approach to her lessons. Lessons were highly interactive and informative. She took the time to sit and inquire into my objectives and tailored the lessons to help me meet my aims.

She looked to provide the learner with the tools to express themselves in everyday situations and gets you into the habit of hearing and using vocabulary instinctively. My main issue with Spanish was that I would struggle with vocabulary. To address this Mar went above and beyond to seek out material for me to read, and got me hooked on Spanish music, which helped immensely.

Her dedication to her students is clearly evident in her lessons, and the time she takes to support you with additional materials after class. She has a genuine passion for language and helping others learn.

For anyone looking to learn Spanish, I would highly recommend Mar. Lessons are always fun, and you will find yourself speaking Español in no time.
