About Mandy
Students who grew up hearing Spanish at home often struggle to write what they already speak. I sit down with these learners to bridge the gap between their casual dialect and formal academic standards. My method focuses on pronunciation, interview preparation, vocabulary building, Latin American vs Castilian variants, and role play and dialogue practice.
6 years of teaching in the US has prepared me to guide diverse learners from complete beginners to AP students. I am a native of Buenos Aires. My goal is to keep things simple and clear for every student.

Drawing on my ACTFL OPI certification and 6 years of classroom experience, I structure these 7 units to mirror real world interactions. These sessions avoid textbook fluff by focusing on how people actually talk in a market in Madrid. We work through authentic materials and dialogue until the language feels natural.
