About Sara
Hello, I have an academic background in modern languages, linguistics, literature and cultural studies in addition to a bicultural upbringing, having regularly traveled between two countries. I have a formal and a natural understanding of English and Spanish and I can connect with students from diverse backgrounds, offering a learning experience that is both organic and structured. As a linguist, im interested in lessons that bring students in contact with language and allow them to acquire it in an organic manner. Lessons will unfold around conversational (speaking and listening) and written (writing and reading) Spanish, strengthening grammar, pronunciation, fluidity (etc) through practice. Classes will be planned depending on the students age, preference, and level, and methodology will be discussed during the firs session. Additional material will be provided at the end of each session for students to practice between classes and learn about Spanish speaking cultures, every session will start by going over last sessions additional resources.
