The very first thing I like to do is knowing how much the student knows and how weak or strong are his/her basics in a particular topic, based upon which we'll start with the introduction and then move to each topic and their respective questions accordingly . My teaching method depends upon the student I'll use different strategies and methods to tackle with different students. I will also provide with home assessments and class assessments to capture the progress and also inform the student about their points of improvements. Also I encourage healthy discussion and expect all my students to come up with any possible questions in their minds. You can have classes on hour basis as well as on weekends/monthly basis .
