About Wathi Fidelis
Hi, I’m Wathi, the founder of Seasoned Consulting Co.
I’m passionate about helping young people grow into confident, well-rounded individuals who can thrive in their personal lives, relationships, and careers. Through my experience in administration, partnerships, and working within the education space, I’ve seen firsthand how many students and young professionals feel unprepared for real-life challenges beyond academics.
This is what led me to focus on personal development and soft skills — the things that truly shape how we show up in the world.
I bring a warm, practical, and people-centred approach to my sessions. I enjoy creating spaces where individuals can grow in confidence, gain clarity, and develop skills that make a real difference in their everyday lives. I am also an author of a self development guide and journal for young adults.
Outside of teaching, I’m passionate about meaningful conversations around growth, relationships, and navigating adulthood with intention.
