I am a Society Culture and Media student. I have achieved an A level in English Language as well as spent 4 months teaching it abroad in Sri Lanka in 2019, to school children from early primary up to the age of 18.

My teaching method is to be as creative as possible. Therefore, in our first session, we will be sitting down together to work out the learning approach you feel best suited to you. Of course, we can adapt and shift this as we go, if we find other approaches may work best. I find that colour coding, visual and audio stimulation (in the form of videos/podcasts) and visual mind maps to often be the most successful forms of learning, as well as continuous casual conversation to embed grammar and sentence structures into the brain in the most natural and fluent way. If prepping for exams, I find past peer and continuous essay practice to often be a very successful approach.
