About Rachit
My name is Rachit Verma, and I am passionate about fitness, strength training, and helping individuals transform their physiques in a sustainable and disciplined way. Over the years, I have developed a strong interest in muscle building, strength development, and structured training methods, particularly for individuals who naturally struggle to gain muscle.
My personal fitness journey has helped me understand the challenges many skinny individuals face when trying to build size and strength. Through consistent training, learning proper techniques, and studying effective workout programming, I have developed a practical approach that focuses on progressive strength training, proper exercise execution, and long-term consistency.
Alongside my professional commitments, fitness has remained a core part of my daily routine and lifestyle. This has allowed me to gain hands-on experience in strength-based training, hypertrophy-focused workouts, and disciplined gym routines that are essential for building a strong and aesthetic physique.
As a coach, my goal is not only to guide individuals through workouts but also to help them develop confidence, discipline, and a deeper understanding of how training works. I believe that with the right structure, proper guidance, and consistency, anyone can significantly improve their physical strength and body composition.

My coaching focuses on helping naturally skinny men build muscle mass, increase strength, and develop a strong aesthetic physique through a structured and disciplined training approach. Many people who are skinny struggle to gain muscle because of inconsistent workouts, lack of proper programming, or poor understanding of training principles. My method focuses on correcting these issues by providing a clear, progressive system designed specifically for muscle gain and strength development.
Structure of a Training Session
Each session follows a clear and effective structure to ensure maximum results:
• Warm-up and mobility preparation to activate muscles and prevent injuries
• Compound strength exercises such as presses, squats, and pulls to build foundational strength
• Hypertrophy-focused accessory exercises to target specific muscle groups for growth
• Technique correction and posture guidance to ensure safe and efficient movement patterns
• Progress tracking to monitor strength improvements and physical development over time
I place strong emphasis on proper lifting technique, controlled movement, and gradual strength progression, ensuring that clients develop muscle while minimizing the risk of injury.
