About Preston
With 7 years of experience in violin teaching, I have helped many students learn and improve their musical skills. I teach school students, college learners, and working professionals, guiding them through every stage of their learning journey.
My teaching philosophy is based on clarity, patience, and regular practice. I believe that learning violin should be simple, engaging, and enjoyable. I begin with strong basics such as posture, bowing technique, finger placement, and note reading.
As students improve, I introduce advanced lessons and help them develop better tone and musical expression. I use structured lessons and practical exercises to make learning effective.
I have successfully taught more than 150 students, many of whom have gained confidence and performed in events. I maintain a supportive and motivating learning environment. My aim is to help students build both skill and confidence.

My teaching style is simple, clear, and practical. I use real-life examples to explain violin techniques so students can easily understand and apply them. Case studies and practical demonstrations help students see how music works in real situations.
I focus on building a strong base by teaching correct posture, bowing techniques, scales, and tone production. I make sure students understand every step before moving ahead. Learning is done at a comfortable pace based on each student’s ability.
Communication is a big part of my teaching. I create a friendly environment where students can ask questions and share their thoughts. I give clear instructions and regular feedback to help them improve.
Integrity is very important to me. I stay committed to each student and provide honest guidance. I encourage discipline, regular practice, and dedication.
In addition to violin, I teach related subjects like music theory, ear training, rhythm exercises, and performance skills. This helps students grow as complete musicians.
