swimming is a life skill that also helps in keeping the Body healthy and Fresh.
1. Introduction and Safety Briefing
2. Basic water skills : floating, kicking, and breathing techniques.
3. Freestyle Stroke
4. Backstroke: Teach the backstroke, which is another simple swimming stroke. Demonstrate the arm and leg movements and have the learners practice in shallow water.
5. Treading Water: Teach learners how to tread water, which is an essential skill for keeping oneself afloat. Demonstrate the technique and have the learners practice in deeper water.
6. Water Safety and Rescue Techniques: Teach learners basic water safety and rescue techniques like reaching assists and throwing assists.
7. Cool Down and Feedback: End the lesson with a cool-down activity and ask for feedback from the learners. Encourage them to share their thoughts on what they learned and what they would like to focus on the next lesson.
