About Rory
I am an enthusiastic ESL tutor with 12 years of experience teaching high school and college students. My goal is to make learning English simple, enjoyable, and effective. I have taught between 150 and 200 students, helping them improve their language skills step by step.
This experience has helped me understand student challenges and guide them in the best way. One of my biggest achievements is helping students gain confidence in speaking and writing English.
Many of them have shown great improvement in academics and communication. My teaching style is interactive and student-focused. I encourage regular practice and active participation. I am committed to helping students grow and succeed.

My ESL teaching approach emphasizes practical learning and real-life communication. I use real-life examples and case studies to connect lessons to everyday situations, such as conversations, workplace scenarios, and academic tasks. This helps students see the purpose of their learning and apply it effectively.
Motivation is a cornerstone of my methodology, and I encourage students to participate actively, speak confidently, and embrace challenges. Problem-solving activities like role-plays, discussions, and simulations allow students to think in English and respond naturally.
I teach with integrity, providing honest, constructive feedback that supports growth. I also maintain flexibility, adapting lessons to each student’s level, pace, and goals. In addition to ESL, I teach grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and writing skills for a complete learning experience.
