About Fred
I am a Computer Programming tutor with over 5 years of experience and a BSc in Computer Science. I specialise in helping high school students preparing for IGCSE and A-Level exams. My lessons combine theory, live coding demonstrations, and hands-on exercises to strengthen understanding. Students explore core topics such as Variables, Loops, Functions, and Object-Oriented Programming. I use step-by-step explanations and debugging exercises to clarify difficult concepts. Past papers and coding challenges are integrated to build confidence and exam readiness. Lessons are tailored to each student’s learning pace and style. I emphasise problem-solving, logical reasoning, and practical coding skills. Students gain confidence in writing, analysing, and testing code.
