My personal approach to tutoring is first and foremost having a personal relationship with whoever it is I will be tutoring and by this I mean knowing the background of study of the person, knowing the challenges he or she is facing at the time, knowing what area the student is having problems with as regards the subject I'm meant to teach, and finally having a good communication bond with my students and this entails being a good listener.
