About Jordan
I help students and professionals develop the technical skills that directly translate into real career opportunities in the tech industry. My background includes working at leading global companies like Cisco and Datadog, where I’ve delivered technical solutions and trained customers ranging from engineers to executive leadership. In these roles, I’ve led enterprise workshops, certification bootcamps, and technical enablement sessions, helping professionals master complex topics in networking, cloud, automation, and observability. Unlike many tutors, my experience comes directly from working with real-world customers, solving real problems, and teaching best practices to professionals in live business environments. I know what companies are looking for, because I’ve sat at the table with them. My approach is highly practical, outcome-focused, and tailored to help students not only understand the technology, but also apply it confidently in interviews, certifications, and on the job. Beyond my industry work, I’ve delivered coding workshops for Code First Girls, served as President of my university’s Computer Science Society, and supported students as an academic demonstrator in AI and programming modules. I hold multiple certifications including Cisco CCNP Enterprise, AWS Cloud Practitioner, Azure AI Fundamentals, Linux+, and others — but more importantly, I help students go beyond certifications and build real confidence in applying these skills. Whether you're preparing for an interview, working towards a certification, or simply looking to advance your technical knowledge, I can provide clear, structured, and practical guidance built on real-world experience.
