About Sona
My passion for singing began through school performances, choir experiences, and exploration of different musical genres during my early years. This interest inspired me to complete a Bachelor’s Degree in Music followed by a Master’s Degree in Vocal Music Education. During the past 9 years, I have helped students from different backgrounds strengthen vocal ability and confidence through supportive and expressive teaching methods.
I believe singing education should feel uplifting, creative, and accessible for every learner regardless of previous experience. My teaching style focuses on healthy vocal development, patient guidance, and emotional expression that help students improve naturally while feeling supported throughout their learning journey. I encourage learners to ask questions freely and explore their creativity because confidence develops best through encouragement and active participation.
Outside teaching, I enjoy songwriting, vocal arranging, and exploring acoustic and contemporary music styles. Staying creatively connected to music helps me bring fresh inspiration and expressive energy into lessons regularly. Teaching singing is deeply rewarding because I enjoy helping students discover confidence and individuality through their voice. My goal is always to support learners in becoming expressive, skilled, and emotionally connected performers.

My singing lessons focus on helping students develop healthy vocal technique while building emotional connection and confidence through music. I teach breathing support, vocal placement, pitch control, phrasing, articulation, and stage expression in a supportive environment where learners can improve steadily without feeling overwhelmed. Students learn how to use their voice naturally while exploring creativity and personal musical identity. Every lesson encourages patience, consistency, and expressive growth.
Lessons are carefully adjusted according to the learner’s level and musical interests. Beginners focus on breathing exercises, vocal warm-ups, simple melodies, and confidence building, while advanced students work on resonance, stylistic interpretation, harmony, and performance preparation. I include listening activities, guided repetition, and expressive exercises regularly because consistent practice strengthens both vocal technique and artistic confidence effectively. Students receive supportive feedback that helps them improve comfortably and steadily over time.
I aim to create a calm atmosphere where students feel safe expressing themselves through singing without fear of mistakes or judgment. Many learners initially struggle with nervousness or self-doubt, so I focus on encouraging gradual progress through achievable goals and positive support. Over time, students improve vocal control, emotional expression, and stage confidence naturally. Singing becomes far more meaningful when learners discover the freedom and creativity within their own voice.
