About Louise

Louise graduated from Royal Central School of Speech & Drama in 2014 and played her dream role, Sophie Sheridan, in West End's Mamma Mia. She has taught over 400 singers from all over the world including: absolute beginners, recording artists, comedians & musical theatre professionals. "The voice is so much more than vibrating vocal folds. When we sing, our whole body becomes a musical instrument, so it's important to look after your mind & body for a healthy voice. I believe it is a vocal coach's duty to promote vocal wellness and prevent vocal issues where possible. I have an awareness of how to spot a range of vocal dysfunction and imbalance." About the lesson

Louise teaches the Estill model used by some of the world’s leading vocalists from pop, opera to London’s West End. This methodology focuses on developing vocal skills based on analysing the process of vocal production. By acquiring the ability to consciously move each structure her singers improve at a rapid rate. Jo Estill believed that “everyone has a beautiful voice” and when you truly understand how it all works, there is no limit to what you can do. She teaches all ages and abilities from absolute beginners to seasoned professionals. Many of Louise’s ‘beginners’ now pursue singing professionally with some achieving great success in the industry. She strongly believes when you change the way you approach the voice and learn failsafe techniques, it is nothing but a joy to sing! Perfect! I started singing lessons with Louise after struggling with long covid and feeling like it was really effecting my singing and breathing. Louise has helped me so much through SOVT vocal exercises and SPLAT breath techniques. After a few weeks of lessons with Louise I am feeling quite a lot of improvement already, I can control my breath more when singing, Belting feels a lot easier again and she has also really helped me get my confidence back. I really recommend lessons with Louise she is very supportive and friendly and gives specific exercises to help you achieve what you want with your voice. I have loved every lesson with her:)
