Perfect! The way Alfreda talks to me. I understand her. I feel that most people I know when I ask something about my phone people talk to fast and assume I know what I'm doing. Which I don't. One of the things I want to learn this week is how to turn this thing off. That's how low I am and yet Alfreda doesn't make me feel dumb.

Excellent! She was very helpful and gave me a better understanding of some basic things. I evidently misunderstood procedure and thought it was going to be a troubleshooting lesson. Looking forward to our next session on Sunday.

I am a senior citizen. I enjoy learning to use both my phone and iPad with Alfreda. She is a patient and friendly instructor. She is always willing to answer questions and give refresher instructions. I was delighted to learn how much of the information also serves as a great aid to safety, something I would have never realized. Time well spent. Thank you very much…Ruby
