About John Matthew
I did the International Baccalaureate taking higher level chemistry, biology and maths. I scored a 41 with 7s in all my higher level subjects. I have tutored IB chemistry during my IB years. In addition to this I earned the best in chemistry award from my school. My other teaching experiences include teaching English to young Chinese migrant students. As an international student I have lived in multiple countries including Singapore, China, Japan, Philippines and now England. I am always happy to talk about my experiences and what they have taught it.

Hi, my name is Matt and I'm currently a second year student at Imperial College London taking biochemistry. I graduated from Dulwich College Shanghai with an International Baccalaureate diploma. I am extremely passionate about teaching with having tutored chemistry to IB students and teaching young migrant children English.

Available Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday after 6pm.
Available all day on weekends.
- What is your lesson structure?
This is tailored to each student. I will focus on the topics that they are struggling the most with. First assessing your ability, then from there teach them content they might not fully comprehend. After that the knowledge will be used in practical examples. If needed I will also be happy to help them construct their notes which they can go through in their own time.
