About Yasser

I know first-hand how daunting the journey applying for Medicine/Dentistry can be. From preparing for the UCAT and interviews to navigating the application process, I’ve experienced the challenges that aspiring students face and I now want to use that experience to help others succeed.

I’m a second-year graduate-entry dental student with a degree in Biomedical Sciences. Having successfully navigated the UCAT, university interviews and the competitive application process myself, I understand how challenging it can be to know where to start.

I’m passionate about helping aspiring healthcare students achieve their goals. My approach is friendly, personalised and practical, focusing on helping students build confidence, develop effective strategies and get the most out of their application.

Whether you’re preparing for the UCAT, getting ready for interviews or working on your application, I’ll work with you to identify your strengths, improve areas that need attention and help you feel fully prepared.

Most importantly, I genuinely care about each student I work with and have a real passion for seeing them succeed. Seeing students grow in confidence and achieve their goals is what makes tutoring so rewarding for me.

About the lesson

UCAT

I help students develop effective strategies for each UCAT section, improve their timing and accuracy, and build confidence through targeted practice and personalised feedback.

Interviews

I prepare students for university interviews through mock interviews, common question practice, structured answer techniques and personalised feedback to help them communicate confidently and authentically.

️ Personal Statement

I help students create a strong, authentic personal statement that effectively highlights their experiences, motivation and suitability for their chosen course, while providing guidance on structure and wording.

Application Mentoring

I provide personalised guidance throughout the university application process, helping students plan their applications, make informed choices and maximise their chances of securing offers.
