About Jared
I recently graduate from Duquesne University's Mary Pappert School of Music with a degree in Classical Saxophone Performance. While at Duquesne I won two competitions, performed Tomasi's saxophone concert with the orchestra, was principal alto saxophone of the wind symphony, and was the lead saxophonist in Duquesne's premier saxophone quartet.

I like to spend some time at the beginning of each lesson working on technique because a solid technical foundation will set players up for success in the future. After this we spend the rest of the time on repertoire, including interpretation and how to practice.
