My sessions are from 8 to 12 sessions, both in the Mainland and island. If you have a pool at home, I also can come to your pool to teach you and your children. There’s nothing like swimming on a hot summer day. However, swimming is also a skill that can save your life. When you know how to swim, you can safely enjoy water activities. Swimming is a great workout. It helps your body, and it strengthens your muscles, heart, and helps those that have lung problems. Most people keep asking can I swim at my age, and the answer is yes. Age is not a barrier in swimming.
