About Rose

Hi, I'm Hang.

I am a relationship and emotional support coach who works with people dealing with relationship struggles, anxiety, loneliness, overthinking, stress, and difficult life situations.

For as long as I can remember, people have opened up to me about things they were not comfortable sharing anywhere else. Over time, I realized how rare it is to have a conversation where someone is genuinely listening instead of waiting to give advice or tell you what to do.

That is the approach I bring to every session.

You do not need to have everything figured out before we talk. You do not need the perfect words. Whether you are working through a relationship issue, feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, struggling with loneliness, or facing an important decision, I will meet you where you are and help you sort through what is on your mind.

My goal is not to judge, pressure, or lecture you. My goal is to help you feel heard, gain clarity, and move forward with a better understanding of yourself and your situation.

About the lesson

Sometimes life gets messy and you don't have anyone you can talk to honestly.

Maybe you are stuck in your head at 2 a.m. replaying the same conversation. Maybe your relationship is confusing you. Maybe you feel lonely even when people are around. Or maybe you are carrying something that is hard to explain.

I offer one-on-one listening sessions where you can talk freely without being judged, rushed, or told how you should feel. I am not a licensed therapist. I am simply someone who will sit with you, listen carefully, and help you make sense of what is going on in your life.

Most people already have advice. What they often don't have is someone who is genuinely paying attention.

If you need a place to vent, think out loud, work through a relationship problem, or talk about something that has been weighing on you, you are welcome here.
