About Wendy
I am a second-year undergraduate student at Royal Birmingham Conservatoire with a strong interest in music education and performance. I enjoy creating a supportive and comfortable learning environment where students can grow in confidence and enjoy music at their own pace. I already have experience teaching students, including helping a piano student prepare for Grade 5 exams, and I am passionate about continuing to develop as a teacher in the future.

I believe learning music should feel encouraging and enjoyable. In my lessons, I will carefully explain details step by step and always listen to each student’s needs and difficulties with patience. I adapt my teaching style to different learning speeds so students can feel comfortable, confident, and motivated while improving their musical abilities. I have also completed pedagogy courses as part of my conservatoire study, which has helped me develop thoughtful and supportive teaching methods for different types of learners.
