About Subash
I bring over 8 years of experience in STEM Education, having taught and mentored 5000+ students and 100+ teachers across different regions of the country and abroad. Along the way, I've organized numerous events and competitions for my students, several of whom have gone on to win recognition at the national level — including a Top-3 placement at the National Youth Ideathon, award nominations at the FIRST Tech Challenge (FIRST Robotics), and various state and district-level competitions.
But beyond the awards, what I care about most is this: I believe every child deserves the chance to learn technology in a way that genuinely excites them. Through my classes, students build real 21st-century skills — creativity, collaboration, critical thinking, and problem-solving — not just technical know-how.
I approach teaching as an ongoing journey. Just as I guide my students, I continue learning and growing alongside them every day. I take genuine, individual interest in each and every student I teach, and I can confidently say — not one student has walked away from my classes feeling unheard or unvalued.
My goal is simple: to make technology feel accessible, exciting, and meaningful for every learner I work with.

My teaching approach is built around storytelling and Project-Based Learning (PBL). Instead of lecturing through concepts, I introduce each topic through a relatable story or real-world problem, and students learn Scratch, Arduino, Electronics, App Development and 3D Design by actually building something that solves it. This keeps classes outcome-oriented — every session works toward a tangible project or milestone, not just theory.
My classes are student-centric: I adapt the pace and complexity to how each student thinks and learns, rather than following a rigid one-size-fits-all script. A typical class starts with a short story or challenge to spark curiosity, moves into guided hands-on building or coding, and ends with the student explaining what they built and why — which reinforces both understanding and communication skills.
What makes my classes different is the focus on developing critical thinking, problem-solving ability, and creativity, alongside the technical skill itself. Students don't just follow instructions — they learn to troubleshoot, iterate, and think like young innovators and engineers.
I primarily teach school students (across age groups, tailoring concepts to their level), and also welcome college students looking to build a strong foundation in robotics and STEM basics, though my core focus remains school-level learners.
Classes are conducted online for students anywhere, and offline/in-person for students based in Tirunelveli and Tenkasi.
