About Ishani

I am an experienced Architecture tutor with 9 years of teaching School and College students. Over the years, I have successfully taught around 150 students, helping them develop strong design skills, practical knowledge, and confidence in their projects and exams.

My teaching philosophy focuses on flexibility, understanding, and encouragement. I believe every student has a unique way of learning, and I adapt my lessons to match their pace and interests. I make complex concepts in architectural design, construction techniques, Revit, AutoCAD, and 3D modelling easy to understand through clear explanations, hands-on exercises, and real-world examples.

I also introduce students to architectural theory, history, urban planning, and sustainable design, connecting technical knowledge with creative thinking. My lessons are interactive, using sketches, model examples, software demonstrations, and visual aids to make learning engaging and practical.

I am committed to helping students build creativity, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. Many of my students have successfully completed academic projects, excelled in exams, and developed portfolios that helped them pursue higher studies or professional opportunities.

About the lesson

My teaching approach for Architecture is built on flexibility, understanding, and encouragement. I aim to make learning architecture engaging, practical, and inspiring for students at all levels. I focus on helping learners understand design principles, construction methods, and the creative process, so they can confidently apply their knowledge in projects, assignments, and exams.

I cover a wide range of subjects within Architecture, including architectural design, building materials, construction techniques, sustainable architecture, urban planning, interior design, AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D modelling. I also introduce students to architectural history, theory, and landmark projects to connect technical skills with real-world inspiration.

My lessons are interactive and hands-on, encouraging students to practise designs, explore creative ideas, and solve design challenges. I use visual aids, sketches, model examples, and software demonstrations to make complex concepts clear and understandable. I adapt my teaching style to each student’s pace, ensuring that they feel supported and motivated throughout their learning journey.

I emphasise encouragement and constructive feedback, helping students build confidence in their design skills and critical thinking abilities. My sessions aim to foster creativity, problem-solving, and attention to detail, preparing students for academic success and professional growth.
