About Pawan

Hello! I'm Pawan Kumar, a Senior Electrical BIM Modeler with 12+ years of experience in the BIM and MEP industry. Throughout my career, I have worked on major residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects in both India and the UAE, including with globally recognized companies such as AECOM. My expertise includes Revit Electrical, Navisworks, BIM Coordination, Shop Drawings, IFC Drawings, As-Built Documentation, and Clash Detection.

I started teaching because I know how difficult it can be to learn Revit from videos that only explain software commands. Many students finish a course but still don't understand how BIM is actually used on real projects.

My goal is to bridge that gap by sharing the practical knowledge I've gained over the last 12 years. I want my students to learn the same workflows, standards, and techniques used by leading engineering companies so they can confidently work on real projects and build successful careers.

I believe that knowledge becomes more valuable when it is shared. That's why I'm passionate about helping students and professionals develop industry-ready skills through practical, project-based training.
