Aside from the years of experience I have in basketball, also have Masters degree in education administration and a Bachelors degree in child and adolescent Psychology. My work experience spans a period of close to forty years in education, social services and mental health

My teaching methodology/ philosophy involves primarily a wholistic approach focusing on the adolescent in its entirety. This is an important approach in my regards because the focus is one which is psycho social, intellectual, mental and physiological. Somewhat of a difficult approach but vital.
