I know Miss Sylvia because she taught me Operations Research a few days before my exams, when I barely understood the course and felt I was going to fail. At first I was skeptical, but she made the learning environment very comfortable and easy to follow. She is patient, explains clearly, and makes you feel safe to admit when you don’t understand. I recommend her because she truly builds confidence and helps students believe they can learn.
