About Sam
Hello! I’m Sam, an experienced cooking instructor with a lifelong passion for creating delicious meals and teaching others the art of cooking. I’ve worked in all manner of professional kitchens — from a fine-dining pop-up restaurant in a denim factory to a Greek Cypriot food stall at Borough Market selling kid goat dishes to a family-run Italian in Oundle. I’ve learned the value of using top-quality ingredients and preparing food with care and creativity. Over the years, I’ve worked with a diverse range of students—beginners eager to learn, families looking to simplify mealtimes, and seasoned cooks aiming to refine their skills. My teaching style focuses on step-by-step guidance, clear explanations, and plenty of encouragement, ensuring that you gain the confidence to experiment and succeed in the kitchen. I specialise in teaching restaurant tips and tricks to simplify meal prep and make delicious home cooking easy. I focus on classic British, Italian, Indian and Thai food but also love bringing in other world flavours and ingredients you might not be familiar with. Cooking isn’t just about making food; it’s about creating joy and sharing it. Let’s unlock your potential and turn every meal into a masterpiece.
