About Kora
As a flute tutor with more than 11 years of experience, I have successfully trained students from various educational and professional backgrounds. I teach school children, college students, and working professionals with equal dedication. My teaching method is student-centred and goal-oriented.
I first understand the student’s level and expectations, then design customised lesson plans. I focus on posture, breathing control, tone production, finger flexibility, and rhythm accuracy. Along with flute lessons, I teach related subjects such as music theory, ear training, scale practice, improvisation basics, and performance techniques.
I believe regular practice with correct technique is the key to success. I provide consistent feedback and motivate students to stay disciplined. My aim is not only to teach flute but also to build creativity, confidence, and musical understanding.

My flute teaching methodology focuses on progressive skill development supported by Adaptation to Learning Styles, Flexibility, Collaboration, and Positivity. I structure lessons in stages, beginning with breath control exercises and tone stability, followed by articulation practice, scale mastery, and finger agility training.
I adapt my teaching strategies based on each student’s learning style, using demonstrations, listening exercises, and guided repetition to reinforce understanding. Flexibility allows me to modify lesson intensity and repertoire depending on the student’s pace and objectives.
Collaboration plays an important role, as I encourage students to actively participate in discussions about their progress and challenges. Positivity builds confidence and reduces performance anxiety, helping students enjoy the learning process. Beyond flute training, I also teach music reading, rhythm development, ear training, and performance preparation to provide comprehensive musical education.
